We Need YOU!
The PTO needs your help to put on several of the events we have on the spring calendar. Without volunteers and event chairs several events are at risk of being canceled. Participating in PTO activities does not require a huge commitment from you. The amount of participation and time given to PTO varies for each individual. Our students and our school benefit from any amount of support we give them and we welcome you to volunteer your time, talents and treasures as you are able.
In order to host these events, the PTO is currently looking to fill the following positions:
Olympics Day Chair & Co-Chair: (Saturday, February 10) Responsibilities include: Work together to plan minute-to-win-it games for students grade K through 5; order materials and prizes; and secures additional event-day volunteers.
Talent Show Chair & Co-Chair: (Friday, March 2)
Responsibilities include: Choose a theme; schedules & holds rehearsals; organizes the "acts"; secures event-day volunteers; and oversees decorations.
Daddy-Daughter Dance Co-Chair(s): (Saturday, April 7)
Responsible include: Work with chair to recruit day-of event volunteers; coordinate theme, decorations, snacks and entertainment.
May Day Co-Chair(s): (Saturday, May 12)
Responsibilities include: Work with chair to organizes games and prizes; secures event-day volunteers and contacts any necessary vendors.
